Beta terms

These terms apply only after Creators Studio invites you into the private founding beta. Applying does not guarantee access.
1. Beta access
Access is personal, invite-only and may not be shared. The first test group receives free access to the Studio for the agreed test period and one initial production project. We may pause or end access to protect the service or the other testers. Selected testers sign in with the exact Google email approved from their application; no separate Studio password is created.
2. Your generation costs
Studio access does not include image or video generation credits. You connect your own Kie.ai API key and remain responsible for all charges, limits and provider settings on that account. The Studio shows estimates, but the provider’s final charge controls.
3. Beta expectations
You agree to make a reasonable attempt to complete one project within seven days, report important problems and share honest workflow feedback. The service is experimental: features may change, generations may fail and interruptions can occur.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the scripts, prompts and media you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use them. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit that content to provide the Studio.
5. AI and third-party services
Generated output may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for publication. You must review output before using it. Kie.ai and individual model providers are separate services governed by their own terms, availability and content rules.
6. Fair use and security
Do not share access, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material or use another person’s credentials. Keep your Google account and Kie.ai key secure, and remove saved credentials from shared devices.
7. Availability and liability
The beta is supplied on an experimental, as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, Creators Studio is not responsible for third-party provider outages, lost generation credits or indirect business losses. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
8. Ending access
You may stop testing at any time. We may end an invitation or the beta itself. Download any project files you need before access ends and contact us if you want your stored beta data deleted.
