Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible

Creators Studio is operated from the Netherlands. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email support@creatorsstudio.ai.

2. Information we collect

• Your verified Google email, name, Google account identifier and essential login-session records. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or your Google password.
• Projects, prompts, uploaded references and generated media you choose to store in the Studio.
• Legacy application details if you applied before direct beta registration opened.
• Referral website and campaign information, when available, for website visits, button clicks and your first Studio signup. Later logins do not replace your recorded signup source.
• Signed-in Studio activity associated with your account: pages and tabs visited, selected button actions, their outcomes, active foreground time, time with generation running and return sessions. We use this to understand where users need help.
• If you report a problem: your report text, signed-in email, current project and workflow context, Studio version and browser information needed to investigate it.
• Essential technical and security information, including IP address, approximate country, region or city, access time and account activity needed to operate and protect the beta.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your beta account, provide the Studio, keep projects separated, recover completed work, prevent duplicate generation requests, understand how the beta is working and contact you for optional feedback. We use submitted problem reports and their technical context to investigate issues and improve the beta. Essential security processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a safe beta.

4. Service providers and AI generation

The website and its data use hosting and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare and Google for identity verification. When a tester starts a generation, the selected prompt and source media are sent to Kie.ai and the chosen generation provider under their own terms and privacy practices. Processing may occur outside the European Economic Area.

Your Kie.ai API key is entered by you, sent only when needed for provider requests and is not intentionally stored in our project database. If you select “remember,” the key is stored in your own browser until you remove it.

5. Retention

Legacy applications are kept for no longer than 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Beta account and project data is kept while access is active and for up to 90 days after access ends, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. First-party website analytics and detailed Studio activity records are kept for up to 12 months.

6. Cookies and analytics

Admin browsers store an analytics opt-out preference so owner visits stay out of customer reporting. Staging and identified test activity are excluded.

We use first-party website analytics to understand page visits, button clicks, approximate country or city, browser language, device type and engaged time. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or store IP addresses in these analytics. Studio users register and sign in securely with Google.

In the signed-in Studio, we record a fixed set of product actions and outcomes to understand the path from signup to creating and exporting. Active time pauses when the tab is hidden or unfocused, and after a minute without interaction. Generation time is measured separately while the Studio is in the foreground and can overlap active time. A temporary session identifier in browser session storage connects visits within that session. These activity records contain no prompt text, uploaded filenames, API keys, screen recordings or keystroke content.

7. Your rights

Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We may update this notice as the beta changes. The latest date will always appear at the top. Material changes affecting selected testers will also be communicated directly.
