WHY IT MATTERS
High-output channels cannot live inside scattered messages.
A channel owner may plan the story while an editor prepares references, prompts, image batches and video settings. When every handoff creates another folder or document, nobody can quickly see which version is current.
A shared Studio project keeps the production decisions attached to the work itself. The owner can open the project, inspect what is prepared and continue from the same place as the editor.
Keep visibility
Open the shared production to review prompts, references, model settings and visible results before the project moves forward.
Work inside the project
Prepare and adjust the same project instead of rebuilding the production from screenshots, messages and disconnected files.
Move faster together
Keep the next action clear while the project grows from story plan to generated media and organized export.
THE BETA WORKFLOW
Simple sharing for people you already trust.
The current collaboration system is intentionally direct rather than a complicated approval platform.
Share the project
The project owner shares an existing production with another approved Studio user.
Open Shared with me
The collaborator finds received projects in the Shared with me area and opens the same production workspace.
Review and adjust
Both collaborators can open the project and work with its prompts, references, settings and generated results.
Continue production
Move through image generation, selected video shots and export without creating a separate duplicate project for each person.
WHAT STAYS TOGETHER
The production context travels with the project.
- ✓Project title, story context and prepared shot prompts.
- ✓Character and world reference choices attached to the work.
- ✓Image and video model settings selected for individual shots.
- ✓Visible generated results and the remaining work around them.
- ✓The ordered production that will later be downloaded or prepared for editing.
WHO IT IS FOR
Built for the small teams behind serious channels.
Review your editor's setup
See how a project is structured before generation work or final export moves ahead.
Deliver more than loose files
Share an organized production workspace that preserves the decisions behind every shot.
Keep client productions separated
Use a dedicated project for each production while giving the right trusted collaborator access to the work.
FAQ
Questions creators ask.
How does someone receive a shared project?
A received production appears in the Shared with me area of the collaborator's Studio account, where they can open it as a project.
Does every collaborator need a Studio account?
Yes. Each person uses their own approved Google account to sign in to the founding-beta Studio.
Can both people change the project?
The current collaboration feature is designed so trusted collaborators can open and adjust the shared project. It is not presented as a formal approval-only review mode.
Is this real-time simultaneous editing?
The beta promises shared project access, not live cursors or guaranteed simultaneous editing. Coordinate important changes when two people are working on the same production.
Does it include comments and version history?
Not currently. The MVP focuses on sharing the working project itself without adding a larger comments, permissions or approval system.
